Subject: HOMECOMING BANNER PAINTING PARTY!!

Hi Members of the Diversity Affairs Council,

        I am writing this email to invite your organization to become more involved with the 2009 Homecoming! I would like to do this by encouraging your student organizations to each nominate ONE student to the 2009 Homecoming Court. With the help of the Office of Diversity Affairs, the Diversity Affairs Council has set up a VERY simple and FUN way for your organization to do this.

        Step 1: Please go back to your student organizations and encourage them to nominate ONE student to represent your organization on Miami’s Homecoming Court.
        Step 2: Come to the Office of Diversity Affairs on Wednesday Oct 14 between 6pm-9pm!
        Step 3: When you are there on Wednesday---come eat some food, fill out the Nomination form, and have one student representative make your organization’s Homecoming Sign.

The simple/nice thing is that DAC will provide:
Food!
Paint
Paint Brushes
The Nomination Forms (and we will turn them in for you!—all we need is your organization’s nominee’s name)
Sheet Signs
And WE will even hang up the signs for YOU!

All you need to do is show up! (Oct 14) at the Office of Diversity Affairs, Shriver 336!
