If you are available to come out and walk for a good cause on Oct. 8, know someone who would be interested or could place the flyer at work or school, I would appreciate your help.

Please read the message below for more details.

Thanks,

Connie

Subject: TRD Run'n Roll 2011

Greetings,

Do you participate, or know someone who has participated in our softball league? Have you ever attended a fishing derby or been to a TRD sponsored dance? Have you ever wondered how the entry fees have been so low?

Therapeutic Recreation provides leisure activities for adults with disabilities to all of Butler County. Many of our events have only a small participation fee and we are able to keep these costs low through donations from both individuals and organizations. I am writing to you today to tell you about TRD’s first annual Run’n Roll 2011 5k and 1 mile walk on Saturday morning October 8th 2011 at 9am. This will be a fun event for people of all abilities to participate in! It will be a great way to come out and connect with the community. All of the proceeds will benefit programming for the upcoming year.

If you participate in or know someone who does participate in a TRD sanctioned event please consider coming out and joining us on this morning. You may go to our website, www.trdonline.org, to register or you can print this form out and mail it in to us.

Thanks in advance for your consideration.

-Eric McClendon
