The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Kennesaw State University invites applications for a nine-month, non-tenure-track lecturer position to begin in Summer or Fall 2015. Qualified applicants will have 3-5 years teaching experience, experience teaching large enrollment courses, and familiarity with reform pedagogies such as supplemental instruction and/or peer-led team learning. Teaching assignments will include 15 contact hours per week of lower and upper level chemistry lectures and laboratories as appropriate for the candidate’s area of specialization. The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching and contribute to the quality and growth of the program.
