You should be able to upload the snapshot from the console & restore. If
this is a new box, you should reinstall the new licenses after the
restore.
I have done this many times to get the current production setup on my
Lab CAM. Email me offline if you have any questions.
I believe that you may also restore the backup from the command line.

Hi All,
I have had a server failure- a manager actually. I have reinstalled
4.0.4 on a new box- Is there a way to restore from a backup snapshot
from the console? I can't get passed the web interface. We bought our
license when CCA was still Perfigo- the boss negotiated a site license.
Upgrades have been successful, but I'm out of luck with this fresh
install and I'd rather not wait until support is available if I can help
it.
