There were new patches for Postgres security vulnerabilities and fixes
announced this morning at 10:23am.    

I haven't had any problems since upgrading to v4.0.4 in late January.  This
was the first reboot of the manager bundle since then.

I don't know if these problems are related, but maybe worth checking into if
only to prompt Cisco TAC to act.  It sounds like this is more than one
isolated case and TAC should escalate the issue.  Rebuilding the CAM is a
pretty lame resolution of an ongoing problem!  Isn't this why we pay for
Smartnet coverage!!
