Ive figured out that in order for it to show the machine in the Reports section, the computer needs to either time out of the temporary role or log out of clean access. It does not show up if you kick them out, so you have to do it by hitting log off on the agent on the computer.

Subject: Login failed

Well I have a new problem I have not seen before. When trying to log into CCA I get the message "Login Failed". There is no explanation as to why. No failed checks or anything. It puts the machine into the Temporary role and never shows up in the Clean access reports to show the detail. There is no cancel button or anything to force it into the reports.

Any suggestions??
