Mark,
Are your users L3? If so, it would have been OK to see this before 4.0.
Also, are your users Agent based or agentless?
Thanks
Prem

Subject: Certified devices list blank
We are using CCA 4.0.4 and our certified devices list has been almost
blank for a little while. The problem began with 3.6.2, and the problem
persists after upgrading to 4.0.4. Just now I checked it and there was
one user in the list. Since there was only one user I did a "clear all"
but it still is not functioning properly. Does anyone know how to
resolve this?
Also, what does it mean when you see failed checks in a CCA agent
report, but the failed checks are listed as successful checks and the
user was granted access? For example, here is an entry for a Win2000
PC:
Failed Checks:
pc_IE5_01, Registry Check
[\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Version starts with 5.01]
pc_MDAC_25_SP3, Registry Check

Thanks,
