We have a student computer with a new installation of Norton Internet
Security. It seems up-to-date but Clean Access is not recognizing the
antivirus. The version of the software is 10.0.0.86.
The CCA report says "No AV detected" and shows:
Product ID: Norton AV
Product Name: Symantec unknown product
Product Version:
Definition File Version: 10/26/2006 rev.20
Is this a CCA supported antivirus product? Is there a way to get this
working with CCA?
