Good afternoon --

Several of our students are using the free AVG anti-virus package. This
weekend several of them have reported problems with the software. I've
looked at a few of them and they are current with the virus definitions but
CAA reports that "Clean Access Agent could not detect virus definition date
of GrisoftAV." When I run the CAA troubleshooting tool, it doesn't in fact
report the date. However, if you look within the AVG software, a date of
10/24/05 is reported.

Anyone else seeing this? What have you done to fix it? Is it a problem
with the Cisco rule for AVG?

Thanks,
Michael Case
