No.
The article has been mis-represented on many places, including Slashdot.
Microsoft issued a statement, that IE7 will be released as an critical
update, several weeks AFTER it is publicly available for download.
There will be blocking methods, similar to SP2, that delays it for 6
months.
IT is NOT coming out this Tuesday.
It's all spelled out there in the link.

Yikes, this is going to cause a lot of issues for us since we are still
running 3.59 and planning to upgrade in winter break. We have a large
implementation -11 pairs of CAS. If IE7 is really going to come
tomorrow, any suggestions? Thanks.

Cisco seems to be ready for whatever Microsoft throws at us.
Unfortunately they are not ready for version 2007 of McAfee and Norton,
which has definitely caused me some issues. I am eagerly waiting the
support.

All,
I've seen traffic indicating varying levels of compatibility for IE7
betas and CCA. Just making sure we are prepped for Microsoft releasing
it via autoupdate this month. See this link:

We are running server/cam version 4.0.2 and client 4.0.0.1 - older
client to address the XP MCE/Tablet issues - we should be OK, right?
We are currently testing it, just to make sure. We'll let everyone know
what we find with our versions of Server/client software.
