I have found that the report is not generated until they log out of CAA or
complete the requirements and log on successfully.

Subject: Clean access issue

On a regular basis when a computer is kept in the agent temporary role,
the computer does not show up in the reports for clean access agent. On
quite a few computers, Clean access indicates that a Windows critical
update is needed but the scan by Windows update indicates that no update
is needed. So, when the computer is in the agent temporary role and
does not show up in the cca reports I can not look up to see what
windows update is required by CCA. Has anyone experienced this? How to
you handle it? There also seems to be a long delay for the computer to
show up in the CCA reports.

Thanks
