We're running 4.1.3.1 and it seems like Cisco is working on support for
Norton 2009, but it's not there yet.

Here are the checks we're using if you need support in a hurry.

Installation:
HKLM\Software\Symantec\InstallApps\NAV - exists (NAV is a value)

Updates on Vista:
System_Drive\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\Norton\Definitions\VirusDefs
- modification date

Updates on XP:
System_Drive\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate\Downloads - modification date
