Just had my help desk chime in.

We had Login's time out this morning as well.

10am Eastern

We resisted the reboot urge. (I still have it scheduled for Friday
however)

Subject: Re: Slow Login to Clean Access Manager

Strange coincidence or not? Assuming you are on Eastern time, I was
havi=
ng
the exact same problem and saw the same results from top, e.g. lots of
postgres postmaster processes that consumed all my CPU. MMy Help Desk
alerted me that logins were extremely slow, or timed out. The load
facto=
r
from uptime showed increasing loads starting at 35 and going up to 90+
before I finally had to reboot the system. After the reboot, the system
clock had been reset to 6 hours earlier. It took me several tries and I
=
had
to finally shutdown my standby server to get the Manager to come back up
cleanly, as well as reset the system time. All is OK now, but that sure
=
is
weird!!
