We haven't required them.  We copy the Cisco Rules, and use the copy.
We'll Goto the 9 new patches next week, unless we feel we need to move
faster (This has happened before).  The plan is that AutoUpdates (which
we require) will have 80  to 90% of them updated by the time it becomes
a requirement the following Tuesday.

The only rules that we allow to automatically update are the AV rules.
