For the users who show up on OUL, specifically an agent based user, do
you see a MAC address for this user?

Thanks for replying. Sorry, I forgot to mention the details. We are
inband virtual gateway mode. Our users are a mix of agent and non-agent
(Macintosh). At least 50% should have agents.
