Hello Homer, 

Maybe I misread your email, for Vista, only 4.0.4 or 4.0.5 agent will
install. Are we talking about the error below on XP?

Is there any update on this one?  I actually have a new Vista machine 
that is getting the same Error Code upon installation of the agent
(4.1).
