It looks like you will need to upgrade your Clean Access Server software. In talking with our Cisco engineer they plan on decoupling the server and client software in version 4.8.x but for now you have to upgrade the server and the client to support later versions of AV software.

Subject: Comcast ISP's new version of Norton Security Suite Anti Virus
Hey folks!
Comcast ISP provides it's customers anti virus software for home use.
Comcast is now transitioning from McAfee to Norton Security Suite, it
appears to be a version of Norton 360 (Symantec Corporation) 3.x.
Several of our remote network access, via VPN, users have un-installed
McAfee, installed Norton and are now unable to get through Clean Access
posturing. Clean Access does not recognize the new Norton version of anti
virus.
Our Clean Access server software is version 4.1.3.1. The remote users
have reported using client versions 4.1.8.0 and 4.7.2.10 unsuccessfully.
We have an open Cisco TAC SR.
Anyone else experiencing this issue? Any comments and/or suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tony
