Isabelle,

Can you ping/ssh/etc. from the troubled CAS to the CAM? Is there a 
device doing NAT between the two (we've experienced some difficulties 
with CAS's behind a NAT firewall). Check out the support logs on the CAM 
and CAS. You can download them from the web interface on the CAS and CAM.
