Hi Daniel.
This is a bug. Cisco ID is CSCsm32684.

When a double-quote is added to the Device-Management -> Clean Access ->
General Setup -> Agent Login -> [user role] -> Require use of Clean
Access Agent and the associated check box is checked, the message body
is displaced twice in the browser.

Workaround:
Remove the double-quotes or use a single quote.

Just upgraded from 4.1.2 to 4.1.3.1 without issue.  However the agent
download page formatting is messed up.  The content repeats itself.  if
you look in the html you see:

You can see in the emsg field of the download form the content of the
page gets restarted.  Is this a known issue?  Should I just call TAC?
