I have had the same problem, I opened a TAC case, they suggested that
the user downloaded some APP that changed the IP Stack on the Palm
device.  The user with the problem has left for the summer - I never
found a resolution.  I'm sure I'll have more cases like this in the
fall.

Is anyone who is using the os fingerprinting option having any problems
with PALM devices.  I have a user complaining they are being prompted to
download the agent from their palm device and have these logs from our
wireless network.
