I have a 3.5.8 version I'm going to take out of production. (We migrated
to newer servers for our 3.6.0 install) I'm cutting the last building
this week.

I think I might take a few hours, and just upgrade it to see what
happens. Especially since I don't care if it dies.

Our 3.6.2 production is going to 4.0 on the 23rd.

Our Cisco installer has told me he's done two 4.0 installs.
(NOTE: Even though the release notes say to do HA pairs via SSH, he
still tried it via WEB first. I think that this was an issue of his own
upgrade procedure)

I had issues upgrading the standby CAM over the web, so I did it via SSH
and it took a 3-4 reboots to get the secondary to participate in the HA
- CAM1 was stating my node is active, peer node is unknown and CAM2 was
stating my node is dead, peer node is unknown

SSO for the VPN broke until the new Agent was installed, but you
probably won't have a big issue with that on your network, but when
users are used to seeing the "Please wait while we perform remote login
or whatever" it's a bit concerning when they get another login prompt
after VPN connects
