Can you confirm that you are using the New AV/AS type of rule as opposed
to the pr_ type of rules 
For AV check and definition?

Can you show me a screenshot of your AV rule?

Has anyone ever seen a 4.0x agent fail a AV Definition rule but when you
view the report, the information being reported should pass? I feel
confident it's a problem with this users PC but I can't put my finger on
what. I'm having the helpdesk bring the box over so I'll know more about
it, but from the reports, this box should pass this check.
