1. We were able to set a rule to make users downlaod kb902400 first, then
go to Windows Updates.
2. I also found several pc finished updates but still can't get oneline
due to KB896688 for IE. Below is our hotfix link.
3. Many computers are complaining about Genuine Windows Validation not
installed for some reason but it is there. We installed it again and often
works.

I just looked into a machine having this problem this morning as well and I
was dismayed that I could not find a single download of the update outside
of Windows update.
Thanks,
Erick

Good morning all --
Microsoft has a new round of patches available. Unfortunately, CAA is
refusing many of our students because, so far, it looks like 902400 hasn't
installed properly. Are others seeing this issue? Are there other Windows
updates failing to install this round, too? Is the failure to install
properly spyware-related, as I suspect? Does anyone know how to manually
download this patch? I can't find it on http://support.microsoft.com.
Thanks,
