I'm sorry, wrong terminology.  You should have a check (not rule) called av_inst_SymantecAntiVirus_10_x_win_XP_2K.  On the CAM, can you go to Clean Access-> Clean Access Agent ->Rules -> Check List, find the av_inst_SymantecAntiVirus_10_x_win_XP_2k check and click view.  Can you take a screenshot of that?

I can't find that rule or any av_inst rule for that matter? I'm assuming the rule is generated from these screens?
