We are running the 4.9.1.6 agent and just changed users to use a 4.9.1 server and they are complaining it is much slower that the older server that was running 4.7.2

Not too sure what we can do

No, it was the 4.9.1.6 update from a 4.9.1.5 agent we had before August.

What was the update? Is it a newer agent version than 4.9.1.6? If so, is it acessible on CCO?
