Upgrading to CA 4.1.8

We are currently using 4.1.2.1 for our CA Manager and 4.1.6 for the CA
agent.  We have had our share of problems on move in day in the fall and
occasional issues with students.

We are hoping upgrading this summer could take care of some of the move in
day headaches and help student issues throughout the year.  Could anyone
recommend what version we should do with for the manager and/or the agent?
