Bruce,

Thanks for taking the time to call me. The problem was the "shared secret"
was fat fingered on the failover CCA server so the failover worked but could
not do dhcp, dns ect. because of shred secret was wrong. In addition, my
co-worker had inadvertently removed the resnet vlans from the ports the
failover server was plugged into. Anyway, Cisco TAC discovered the shared
Secret issue and deduced the switch issue for us.
