Please open a TAC case. You will in all likelihood be asked to provide
the agent debug log for a login attempt where the "Failed Login"
happens.
Once we get the agent log, we can determine the cause of this message.

Yes, I turned it off. I think something on the machine is blocking it,
I just have not seen the Login failed message without any other error
number or message.

Login Failed Means exactly that.
The client failed to login.
Either the username / password is invalid The CCAM cannot talk to the
User/Pass datastore. (Active Directory, LDAP, etc)
Use the Auth Test to further diagnose this
