I did the full scan on that laptop I mentioned and couldn't find
anything beyond the normal stuff (MRU list, etc). She did have one
critical update not installed; a Dell video driver update. I installed
it and now the connection doesn't drop. I know that should have nothing
to do with the agent or the NIC, but it seems to work now, so I'm going
to be quiet and be happy.
