Good Morning All!

We have an HP Pavilion failing the Antivirus Update checks- I'll spare you the CCA details because we popped a spare hard drive with a clean copy of windows in the machine and got right through- verifying, as we suspected, that some software on her machine is causing the hang up. Drivers are up to date. We've disabled the firewall, run anti-spy ware, etc... The parents don't want us to blow the machine away. Can anyone offer a suggestion of a quick and dirty way to determine the problem software on her machine?

Thanks!

Debbie
