We're using the original recommended settings for the game cube:

 Allow TCP *:* *:4000
 Allow UDP *:* *:4000
Allow UDP *:* *:53 trusted dns server
Also, under the hosts section:
nintendowifi.net ends
wii.com contains

I've tested this on several Wii's and it's worked fine.

Let me know if you have any troubles.

Simon

Subject: [Offtopic] Nintendo Wii

Has anyone got the Wii to work on their network? We have tested both
wired and wireless, but cannot seem to get our firewall settings
correct. We need to do that before we test through Clean Access.

Thanks,
