Hi Muhammad,

There is no agent for Windows Mobile devices, but they should be able to
authenticate via the webpage and get through without the agent.

Goto Device Management > Clean Access > General Setup > Agent Login and
drop the User Role box down to the role the user is going into, and the
OS box down to WINDOWS_CE (this should be what WM5 and WM6 devices are
recognized as). Uncheck "Use Windows ALL settings" and make sure that
"Require Use of the Clean Access agent" is not selected.

We do offer wireless through Clean Access and with this particular one running Windows Mobile version 5.0, the user is asked to download CAA which obviously is not going to work as it is. We are running version 4.1.2.0 on CAS/CAM.
