We've seen this mystery pop up from time to time.... various problems/
solutions have been seen

1. If you have L3 multihop disabled and the user picks up a NAT'd
wireless network then he/she will not be able to login

2. Just disabling any network interface other then the one that
should be providing access has fixed some

3. Rebooting the computer often helps (yes i'm sure you've tried
this just throwing it in)

4. Exiting and then restarting the agent has fixed some of them as
well.

Also... FYI 3.5.6 release notes were posted.. basically one line
saying it improved L3 multihop discovery. A Dev engineer from Cisco
tells me 3.5.7 release notes will be out late today or tomorrow.
