Well, there use to be roaming. See Ch 16 in the CAM User Guide: Device Management: Roaming (Deprecated).

I am not sure if they are going to replace it, though.

Subject: Adding a second CA Server

I'm adding a second server to my single CAM/CAS configuration. Both
servers will serve our wireless environment, with the same users logging
in through both servers, depending where they happen to be.

Is there any way to configure it such that a certified user on one server
is considered a certified user on the other? If I deploy the way it is
now, users that have already certified, will have to do so again when they
hit the other server. Not a big deal, but I would like to make it as
transparent as possible.
