After upgrade, I can not login in CAS admin page using admin account. I
can login in CAM admin. Anyone had this issue?

The 4.0 version is still not doing well in event logs part. The event
logs are still not useful for troubleshooting. For example, if a
connection is dropped by user role policy, I can not see this in the
logs.
