Hi Wendy,

If this is a L2 deployment, please ensure that you have configured
managed subnets for the subnets that the CAS is managing.
This is mandatory after 4.0 and above.

See here http://tools.cisco.com/cmn/jsp/index.jsp?id=55785, for
information on configuring managed subnets

Subject: upgrade to 4.11 but no certified device

Hi,

We just finished upgrading from 3.5.9 to 4.11 HA pairs. Users are
required to download the new agent. Everything went well, the agent
rules work fine and users are connected. But nothing is showing up on
the certified list. We rebooted the managers, but still nothing showed
up. Any clues will be helpful. Thanks.

Wendy
