You will need one CA signed cert for the CAS HA pair's virtual ip
address.  This same cert will be installed on each member of the CAS
pair. If you have more than one CAS pair, be certain to buy one cert
for each CAS pair.

A self-signed cert will do for the CAM pair, as users will not be
permitted access to the CAM admin page, and you know that you created
the self-signed cert :)
