Max,
CCA only checks definition _version_, not _date_ on Microsoft's
products.

Hi Prem
No it doesn't, because we're running 4.1.2.1. As I say, the "av_def_ANY"
test works, as the report says so, but the Virus Definition File Date
line at the end is blank (I enclose a sample). This isn't a problem for
me, but maybe you should know about it
Regards
Max

Max,
4.1.2.1 or above agent should take care of this

Subject: Microsoft Onecare Live
Is there a target for fixing the bug that prevents detection of
signature file dates on Onecare Live (CSCsj52560)? We have a few people
using it now, and it's been a couple of months since it was raised.
People do find it a bit surprising that a Microsoft product isn't fully
supported
