Hello EcoLunchers - 
Every year the 1-5th graders from Talawanda school district come to Miami the week after our finals for Science Week.  Students go to 3 50 min sessions (essentially 10-2pm) at various locations around campus (Chemistry, Geology, Geography, etc).
This year Jeff Winslow, the coordinator of the event, still has openings for first graders on Monday, second graders on Tuesday, third graders on Wednesday and one group of 5th graders on Friday at 1:00pm.
The Geography Dept participated in this last year and we had a lot of fun.  The students are well-behaved, good numbers of parent/teacher chaperones, and they have a good time coming to campus.
