Is there anyone out there from California who could talk with me about
California real estate closings? We were discussing broker relationships
last night in my real estate law class, and I got some heated questions
from a student who had purchased several homes in California and who
assured me that broker/buyer relationships out there were nothing like I
had described. I'm not familiar with California practices in this area,
and I'm more than willing to believe that California has its own unique
take on these issues (and so many others!). I told the student I'd
investigate, though, so if anyone can help me out, please let me know.
Please either email me at [log in to unmask] or we can chat by phone if
it is easier. Thanks!

Lynda
