Aloha Colleagues--
In response to Carol's question on sample contracts,
I recommend software licensing agreements.
        They are all over the place, in paper and digital format.
        The students see them as relevant.
        Two or three sample agreements can be provided early and
              followed through a number of topics.
 A full licensing agreement appended to the final exam with a number of
related essay and multiple choice questions within the exam is a useful
measure of student understanding of contract
