I also recommend the mandatory arb video. I wonder whether there been any developments in the Jones case following the jury verdict in favor of KBR last July. http://motherjones.com/politics/2011/07/kbr-could-win-jamie-leigh-jones-rape-trial?page=1

Here are some links to some videos I use. One of the videos I made myself, the first one but anyone is welcome to use it.

Devil's Advocate. I made this clip and I use it to illustrate the difference between an issue of fact and an issue of law:

Employment at will: This is a Bud commercial that is a funny illustration of the employment at will doctrine.

Mandatory arbitration: I use this to illustrate the increasing use of arbitration in employment and the effects.

Hello:
Sorry to add on a request a little off-topic. However, I would be interested if there are any lists of videos to supplement instruction that are free. The only suggestion I have is to look through some of the chapters of the freely available online texts for clips that they reference under ethics. Thanks.

From time to time we get together a list of business ethics type movies (ones that raise ethical issues). Does someone have a reasoanbly current list? Thanks very much.
