                         FINAL CALL FOR PAPERS

                            INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL
                        OF ENVIRONMENT AND POLLUTION

The protection of our natural physical environment has become one of the
most pressing challenges of our generation. The law has borne the
greatest burden of this responsibility and has been expressed through
different approaches. These include the administrative process,
international conventions, the re-configuration of corporate law, the
vehicle of public consultation, economic incentives, and criminal law
  sanctions.

The International Journal of Environment and Pollution is a high quality
refereed quarterly journal, based in the United Kingdom, which provides
an international academic forum for environmental analysis.

A special issue of the International Journal of Environment and
Pollution in late 1996 will be dedicated to national and international
perspectives on the legal regulation of the natural environment. All
academic perspectives and methods are welcome. Comparative and
international law subjects and analyses are particularly welcome for this
  special issue.

Interested scholars may still submit original papers or notes on any
subject relating to environmental regulation. The deadline for receipt
of submissions has been extended to February 29, 1996. All papers will
be refereed. Please direct questions and papers to the Editor of this
  Special Issue on environmental regulation:
