Tom, I always scan the table of contents and read the articles that
look interesting or ones that impact my own current writings.  I have
found the International Law Symposium from last year very useful as I
have tried to incorporate more international issues.  I have also
extensively used the Alternative Dispute Resolution Symposium issue
from a few years ago. While, I too put the issue on the shelf, I also
start any literature review for a new paper with a literature review
of the ABLJ and I find that it is easier just to look at the back
issues.  Caryn
