I echo Jere's comment about the ABLJ.  They've recruited people from
outside the discipline to review several of my articles.  I think that
among the very serious academic journals the ABLJ is distinctly open
minded.
 
Gamewell is wrong about Don Neson being lost!  The last time I was in jail
(a couple of weeks ago) Don was there in a cell two over from mine.  He
kept babbling about extential lonliness and Sartre.  Dan Herron visited
regularly so I'm sure he has the address.
