I would be grateful for information and suggestions for
course materials for a graduate level (MBA/MS students)
course on Legal Environment of International Business.

As background, I am a practicing international contracts
lawyer, with legal education in several common-law and
civil-law countries, and a former law-school professor of
comparative law and international business law.
