Colleagues, Although I do not want to restart the conversation about
sending mistaken messages and apologies to the list, I am apologizing
and asking that you delete the previous message from me, as it contains
an attachment with student work. My only explanation is that at the
same time I sent the mistaken message I was listening to the
(distressing to me) news about Justice O'Conner's retirement. I
remember when Justice Stevens was a conservative, so who knows what will
come next!
