Sorry, forgot to mention the following:
 
Many of you remember the marvelous presentations offered by our
colleagues during the Employment and labor Law Section's panel on
teaching employment law.  Well, Irwin Publishing Company has graciously
and generously agreed to sponsor the first annual Excellence in
Employment Law Teaching Award to be awarded to one panel
participant each year on the basis of written ballots!  The award will be
coordinated in much the same way as that for the teaching symposium; the
winner each year will be responsible for coordinating the panel the
following year.  The monetary award will be presented during the final
banquet ceremonies.  Mary Kathryn Zachery (thank you MKZ!) will be
coordinating this year's panel which promises to be an enriching display of
innovative methods for teaching employment law and should not be
missed!
