Recall, Application postmark date: September 30, 2004.

The program is a yearly program. So if, as it quite likely is, this
application deadline is too short for this year, then start planning on
meeting the deadline for next year.
Also note the Association for Canadian Studies in the United States.
https://www.acsus.org/index.cfm?id=285
It meets every odd year, so its next meeting will be in November 2005.
Based on a prior successful grant, the UNO Library has a stronger
than average collection of Canadian law materials that would be available
to you via interlibrary loan.
