Bankruptcy of an agent doesn't terminate the agency relationship. It
might, in some cases, allow the principal to terminate the agency
for cause, if the continued credit-worthiness of the agent was
important.

Since everyone has a question I figured I'd join in. Here is my
question
that has troubled me for sometime and I have yet to find a good
answer.
QUESTION: Bankruptcy of an agent usually terminates the agency
relationship. For how long is the bankrupt agent precluded from
acting as an
agent again? It seems that if anyone needed a job, it's a bankrupt
agent.
Another student generated question. :-(
